Leadership Academy of Madison County (LAMC)
Our Leadership Academy of Madison County (LAMC) program is for adults of Madison County who want to earn valuable leadership and collaboration skills, discover their personal strengths and capacity for leadership and community building, and become part of the solution for Madison County by growing as a Servant Leader. Through a format of lecture, open dialogue, on-site visitation and class interaction, participants will be exposed to capacities of leadership such as visioning, collaboration, community building activities and being a good board member. Tuition for LAMC is $950 and covers all materials including the opening retreat.

Youth Leadership Academy (YLA)
The Youth Leadership Academy of Madison County (YLA) is an exciting program for high school juniors. Our program prepares young leaders to meet the challenges facing Madison County and central Indiana through hands-on activities and stimulating discussions involving community leaders and visionaries. Our participants are 40 Madison County juniors who demonstrate leadership potential in school and/or community activities and have interest in the community. Tuition for the youth program is $750. Scholarships are available based on family income and circumstance.
